Many of us remember the confusion around nutrition when dieting and starting out on our fitness journey, when the others told us that deserts and sweets are full of sugar and carbohydrates? The days when we assumed or were told that healthy meals are boring and repetitive? Healthy distasteful food is a past! So, If you are working on your muscle mass, strength or just need to have good quality tasteful breakfast , here’s one more recipe. This time, I’m going to surprise you with strawberry protein pancakes, without using protein powder! You just need a few ingredients:
-1/2 cup of oatmeal ( the best quality carbohydrates , but You may use also integral flour).
-4 egg whites
-1/4 cup of low fat cheese
-1/2 cup sliced strawberries.
-Stevia ( or some other sweeter ).
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Get frying pan ( easy oiled or sprayed with non stick spray). Put batter into frying pan and bake it on medium heat until golden-brown colour from both sides. During the pancake cooling down, use blender again and make a topping from:
-1/2 cup of strawberry
-3 tablespoons of low fat cheese.
At the end of this simple process, just join those two parts and enjoy Your breakfast. Remember ,you can be creative, so you can try using other kinds of fruit such as: banana, raspberries, blueberries, pumpkins, diced apples and cinnamon….

– 24 g carbohydrates
– 25g proteins
– 4g fats
