Resistance bands can be used on the go when traveling, in the gym at home or pretty much anywhere. There ultra versatile and used correctly can be used to build muscle, rehabilitate from injury, strengthen weak inhibited muscles, stretch and the list goes on.

Take a look at the video below for some inspiration, (remember always check with your GP before undergoing any exercise programme) this video introduces some exercises focusing on stabilizer muscles. These are the smaller muscles you need to be strong in order to ensure your larger muscle groups are able to grow, by supporting and stabilising them during exercise.
